Stephanie Medina-Rocha

Youth Coordinator

Stephanie Medina-Rocha was born in Greenville, North Carolina, and raised in Kinston, North Carolina. She is the daughter of immigrant parents; her father is from Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and her mother is from Aguadulce, Papantla, Veracruz, Mexico. Stephanie joined AMEXCAN in May 2025, inspired by her sister, whose dedication and commitment to her role motivated her to become involved. Despite seeing how demanding the work can be, Stephanie admired the effort and passion her sister consistently demonstrated. She is currently enrolled at Pitt Community College, majoring in sonography, with the goal of giving back to and supporting her community. Within AMEXCAN, Stephanie serves as the Youth Coordinator, where she helps support Latino youth who need assistance with school subjects and academic success.
