My name is Rodrigo Efraín Hernández Hebrard. I hold a degree in Communication Sciences and a master’s in Communication and Political Marketing, and I serve as the Binational Director of Communications and Public Relations. My time at AMEXCAN has been deeply valuable both personally and professionally, because a constant dedication to the well-being of the community is something that has mattered to me since I was very young. From the beginning, the Association has developed fundamental areas of work focused on the defense of rights, integration, and strengthening community. Among them, one of the programs that inspires me most is Almas Mexicanas—Family Reunification, because of the tremendous human and emotional impact it represents. I am part of AMEXCAN because I firmly believe in social service, in the power of communication to transform realities, and in the importance of building bridges between communities. During my time leading the Communications and Public Relations department, I have contributed my knowledge and experience to strengthen our programs, services, and communication strategies—always innovating while keeping what matters most at the center: the well-being of our community in both their places of destination and origin.
