
Born in Hidalgo, Mexico, and raised in eastern North Carolina, Rodolfo became the first in his family to attend college at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke’s College of Business. As the Lead of the Advocacy & Civic Engagement Pillar at AMEXCAN, Rodolfo brings together his experience in grassroots organizing, policy research, and community leadership. He is deeply committed to fostering systems that advance equitable access to education, expand voting rights, and strengthen protections for immigrant families.
