AMEXCAN underscores December as a deeply meaningful month, when both International Volunteer Day (December 5) and International Migrants Day (December 18) reflect the organization’s roots in volunteer commitment and service to migrants. As part of this recognition, AMEXCAN will host the 14th Annual Community Leadership Awards on Tuesday, December 9, at Pitt Community College’s Eddie & Jo Allison Smith Center, paying tribute to people whose leadership and service have made a significant difference in the region.
